We had never had a tour with Rome City Tours before, but decided to book a private of tour of the Borghese Gallery in October based on Trip Advisor reviews and we are so glad we did. With everyone only allowed 2 hours to visit this gallery, it is the best way to efficiently see and learn as much as you can. We met Niccolo at the appointed time, and he took care of everything - buying our tickets ahead of time, putting our belongings into storage and showing us where to go. It was so helpful, because of all the crowds. Niccolo is a fabulous tour guide and we'd recommend him highly. He's extremely knowledgeable not only about artwork and sculpture, but about history, politics, culture and Italy. On top of this, he is very personable, open to any questions and truly interested in making our tour interesting, fun and educational. We learned so much and saw so much that we would have missed, had we been on our own. We will certainly use Rome City Tours when we are in Rome again.
